By downloading and using Volt, you accept these terms of use. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.

Volt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the application for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Modify or decompile the software
• Use Volt for commercial purposes without permission
• Distribute a modified version of Volt
• Circumvent security measures
• Use Volt for illegal activities

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your API tokens secure and confidential
• Reporting abuse or unauthorized use
• Complying with the acceptable use policy
• Complying with third-party service terms (GitHub, Notion)

Regarding your tokens:

• Volt never receives your tokens (local storage)
• You are solely responsible for managing your tokens
• Never share your tokens with others
• Revoke tokens immediately if compromised

Volt integrates with GitHub and Notion. For these services:

• You accept GitHub and Notion terms
• Volt cannot guarantee their availability
• Consult their respective privacy policies
• Volt is not responsible for changes to their APIs

Volt is provided "as is". We are not responsible for:

• Loss or corruption of data
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Service interruption
• Token loss due to user error

Volt is provided without warranty. We do not guarantee:

• The absence of errors or bugs
• Compatibility with your system
• Uninterrupted availability
• That the application will meet your needs

You agree not to:

• Use Volt for spam or attacks
• Violate copyright or intellectual property rights
• Circumvent rate limits
• Access other accounts without permission
• Host illegal or offensive content

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend your access in case of violation
• Discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice
• Delete your data in accordance with applicable laws

We may modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced with reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be submitted to French courts.
